1. My Services
I offer virtual assistant support including (but not limited to):
Operations & admin support
Research and project assistance
Content and communication support
If you ever need help with something outside my usual scope, feel free to ask — I’ll let you know honestly whether I can take it on or if another specialist would be a better fit.
2. Getting Started
Before beginning any work, we’ll have a discovery call to understand your needs and see if we’re the right match.
Once we agree to move forward, I’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process so everything is clear and organised from day one.
3. Hours, Workflow & Communication
I work from Malta (CET) during standard business hours unless we agree otherwise.
Email is my primary communication channel.
For urgent matters, you may reach me on WhatsApp.
I aim to respond as promptly as possible and will always communicate realistic timelines.
Please allow reasonable time for replies, especially for tasks that require planning or research.
4. Fees & Payments
I work on an hourly basis, and your rate will be clearly confirmed before we start.
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month
Payment is due within 7 days
I accept EUR, GBP, and NOK
If your workload increases or decreases, we can adjust hours at any time.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting or planned task, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that things change — open communication helps us both stay organised.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your privacy and trust matter deeply.
Any information you share with me — personal, professional, or sensitive — will remain confidential.
I will never share your data with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed by you.
Files and passwords are stored securely, and I follow safe digital practices at all times.
If we use shared tools (Drive, Notion, CRM, etc.), I will only access what is necessary for the work you’ve assigned.
7. Boundaries & Fair Use
I do my best to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests when possible.
However, completion of urgent work depends on availability.
If something falls outside my working hours or requires immediate turnaround, I will let you know what is realistically possible.
Respecting each other’s time ensures a pleasant and sustainable working relationship.
8. Quality & Expectations
I take pride in delivering thoughtful, organised, high-quality work.
If something feels unclear or not quite right, please tell me — open feedback helps me tailor my support to your needs.
Similarly, I trust clients to provide accurate information, clear instructions, and timely feedback when needed.
9. Ending Our Collaboration
You may end our working relationship at any time — just let me know so I can wrap up outstanding tasks and prepare a final invoice.
I may also end the collaboration if expectations or communication break down, but I will always communicate this respectfully and professionally.
10. Legal Bits
These Terms & Conditions exist to protect both parties.
By working with me, you agree to these terms.
Any updates to this page will be posted here with a revised date.
